Could my vertical labret be rejecting?

I got my vertical labret done on the 28th, about 6 days ago.
So I’ve almost had it for a week.
I’ve been taking care of it very well with seasalt soaks and cleaning it after I eat.
Yesterday, I noticed the top ball was creating a indention in my bottom lip.
The ball sorta sinks down into it.
It’s not from the bar being too tight because the piercer made a looser length for swelling,
so that can’t be it. Also, it’s a curved bar.
I do notice that my piercing seems to slide back and forth looser,
is that rejection? or is it just a part of healing?
I’m going to the piercer tomorrow, but I’m really paranoid right now about it.
Any answers help, thanks.
