Install freestanding bathroom vanity with open bottom without going through wall?

I want to install a freestanding vanity in my bathroom where the bottom is open. But the problem that I’m having is that the vanity sits on the exterior wall so I can’t put the pipes into the wall. Would it look bad to install the vanity if I have to drill the pipes through the floor?
Vanity has four legs that it rests on, then around 6 or 8 inches of open space, then the bottom of the cabinet. So if the pipes went through the floor, you would be able to see them go from the floor into the cabinet from below.
